(Warning; I'm from Finland, so please try to cope with my english...
Please give any feedback you can, I have a doctor's appointment in one week and I'd like to help myself as much as possible before that.
I have had minor lower back pains for a long time, deadlifts and squats have just made it worse as time has passed. Now I sprained my back (for the third time IN THREE MONTHS) very badly and I had to go see a chiropractor (sp?). He did his stuff, pulled the joints and got the vertebraes aligned or something.
Now the main problem is that I have these pretty large lumps in my lower back. The chiropractor said that they are fluid bumps made out of fluid and toxins from my body. HOW THE HELL CAN I GET RID OF THEM?? He said that massaging is a no-no (at least now when the muscles(?) are still infected from the spraining).
So what should I do? Is there any medication that would help to get the toxins out of my lower back? I was thinking of furosemide or other diuretics but that's just me.
So, please help me if you can. It would really help a lot if I could tell some of my (=your) opinions to my doctor when I see him, because he's just a basic nurse and might not realize all the possbile remedies for my condition. I want the lumps out, because they are so big that they are pressing on some nerves and that hurts... :-(
Thank you very much!!
PS. If someone knows an another place where I could put this post in, please let me know (like a medical / health board or something)
