please help with my diet, i feel i have no idea what i'm doing.

Sorry if I'm just missing it, but are you on any gear? If so I think your diet is fine if not you are going to to lose muscle big time. I'm usually the guy screaming at people on here for eating too much fat but you need to add a quality fat source in the morning or something. Eggs?
 
Yeah but whey is no substitute for meat - its only real place IMO is PWO



Your probably right, I just don't know how somebody can eat that many meals per day. 3 meals and 3 shakes is the only way I can do it. My bedtime shake is 1 scoop of whey and 1 scoop of casein, so gainers fuel. My morning shake is 2 scoops of whey. It's only my post w/o shake that has the gainers fuel with the extra whey.
