BRILLIANT!
I'm starting this tomorrow eve through Sunday.....from now until I get fat.
Nah, seriously, M-FriDAY I will on point and strict. sub 200 carbs, mod fat, high protein.......then Friday night through SUnday I will be eating anything realitively decent. Talking steakhouse, sushi, a buffet, subway.....just good stuff I won't touch during the week......I need to put on the mass.
