Im just trying to stay fit and so far ive had no problem with my health i lift 5 times a week and cardio the other 2 days. But i am pretty underweight i wanna try to get to 150 so should i eat more eggs or bread.

Food names mean nothing. What matters is what constitutes the food, i.e macro & micronutrients. If you enjoy eating those foods then it's fine. the best diet is a varied diet. Just make sure to hit your macros/calories, get adequate fibre & a few servings of veggies.
