i'm trying to gain weight and bulk right now i'm working out 4 days a week, but i'm stuck at around 142lbs to 145lbs it might be because of my high matablism?
Stats 18 years old
143lbs currently
5'7
Diet
Breakfast 1 cup organic oatmeal and 4 eggs 2 whites and 2 wholes
Snack spinach salad 2 cups with 3 egg whites and 1 sliced apple
Lunch 1 chicken breast with 2 cup potatos
Snack bananas with either 1 chicken breast and pasta or tuna sandwich
dinner either chicken breast or steak with 1 cup rice
Snack 2 yogurts with a nutragrain bar
So what do you guys think?
