Please critique my diet.

i'm trying to gain weight and bulk right now i'm working out 4 days a week, but i'm stuck at around 142lbs to 145lbs it might be because of my high matablism?
Stats 18 years old
143lbs currently
5'7

Diet
Breakfast 1 cup organic oatmeal and 4 eggs 2 whites and 2 wholes
Snack spinach salad 2 cups with 3 egg whites and 1 sliced apple
Lunch 1 chicken breast with 2 cup potatos
Snack bananas with either 1 chicken breast and pasta or tuna sandwich
dinner either chicken breast or steak with 1 cup rice
Snack 2 yogurts with a nutragrain bar

So what do you guys think?

Eat, Eat, Eat. More calories.. Eat more peanut butter, almonds, good fats, etc.
high calorie dense foods that are actually nutritious.
 
I'm 144
Lbs right now and eating about 2000 calories but I'll give an exact number after today, its winter so bulking is what i'm trying to do, and i'm not sure about macros ill research today! Thanks for the advice guys!

100 grams pinto cooked beans
1 med egg
50 grams pork tip sirloin roast

1/2 scoop of whey protein
1:00 pm
workout
3:00 pm
1 scoop whey protein
95 grams whole wheat spaghetti
2 extra lean sliced ham
5:00 pm
3 corn tortilla
75 grams pork tip sirloin roast
7:00 pm
3 corn tortilla
75 gramd pork tip sirloin roast
9:00 pm
1/2 scoop whey protein
50 grams low fat cottage cheese

2200 cals, 260 carbs, 220 protein, 33 fat.
I want to know if this is a good diet for muscle im 19 and have been following this for a year. The doctor was suprised at how healthy i am. Im also pretty cut my max bench 250 ibs. So any comments, recommendation i would appreciate it.

Basically, no.

Your fat intake is so low it could potentially cause health hazards. Bump it up to ~0.5g/lb

Protein is above what is necessary. I'd lower closer to 130-150g to shift calories into fats and carbs.

Calories are too low. You won't gain much weight eating like that. What's your maintenance?
 
Im just trying to stay fit and so far ive had no problem with my health i lift 5 times a week and cardio the other 2 days. But i am pretty underweight i wanna try to get to 150 so should i eat more eggs or bread.

40% protein
15% fat

Way to hijack my thread..... Lol just fuckin with you but learn how to make threads or everyone can hope on this one I dont care!
And i'm gunnu start cooking chicken with olive oil and add some more yolks in there I'll keep researching for them good fats
