Can you ladies give me some insight on my diet, please? Currently, I am 5'2" and 125 lbs. I want to lose about 4% body fat to get down to just below 20%. Here is my current diet and would like some insight.

meal 1: 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg; old fashioned oats with 1tbsp sugar-free maple syrup OR 1/2 bananna and dried blueberries

meal 2: 1/2 tuna sandwich with lettuce, tomatoe and 1 spread of FF mayo

meal 3: 4oz chicken or turkey or talapia with 1 cup veggies and 1 cup rice OR 1/2 baked potatoe OR sweet potatoe

meal 4: 1 serving of turkey lunch meat with 1 slice FF cheese

meal 5: 4oz chicken or turkey on green salad with FF dressing

meal 6: protein shake (after my workout)

Friday's are my off day and usually have the same first three meal but then eat badly for the rest of the day.

You should be specific on your portions, how much oatmeal? How many g's of tuna... One thing you can try is upping your protein and lowering your carbs. The diet looks pretty good except for your post workout. You should have the most carbs at your breakfast and the rest of the day should be lower. Ex. breakfast and post workout 40g of carbs and the other meals 25g carbs.

Hi-

Try having about 125-130g of protein, 100g of carbs, 25-30 fat.
I'd stop the bread and have starchy carbs and vegetables. Keep the starch for the early part of the day and veggies for the evening.
Try not eating anything with flour..

I am just checking in. I read the replies and forgot to mention that I am HYPOglycemic (opposite of diabetic). I need at least 130g of carbs in order to get through my day witouth feeling faint. As for post workout meal, a shake isn't enough? I drink it at 8pm at night, what else should I eat? Thanks so much for the advice.

Actually a shake is never enough to have post workout. You should have mostly protein and secondary carbs. Pre workout is mortly carbs. If you're hypoglycemic, you should then increase your carbs and 130 is good.
In the evening you should have fish and vegetables and if you still can add more protein, then add a shake. Try to eat earlier then 8 pm.
