first cycle, been training and naturally plateaued, so with a little help from a friend , i have decided on the following as a rough draft. 23 yrs old, 175lbs, 14%bf. ill be dieting down to about 10%bf over the summer, before i go on.
aratest or t400@500mg for 1-8 weeks
deca@250 for 1-12 weeks
primobolan@300 for 9-12 weeks
winny@50 eod for 7-12 weeks
clomid@100,50,50 for 13-16 weeks
arimidex@1/2tab ed for duration
proviron@25,50,25 for weeks 13-16
im planning on making keepable gains, milk thistle, mutivitamin, creatine, glutamine throughout.
question: what week can i start the addition of clen into my cycle(have unlimited spiros)
question: what should my diet be like as far as high cals, moderate cals? ill take 2 protein per lb of body weight, but should i keep carbs low to moderate or high?
any kind of pointers, ideas, or suggestions are welcome here, im trying to find out the best possible way of breaking out of my plateau and keping my gains without going on absurd dosages, cause i know ill respond well to little amounts
