The lighting in the pics is pretty bad, and we're missing out on shots that show your back or legs, but it looks like you have pretty good biceps (can't tell for sure on the tris, but could probably bring them up a little to balance out bis). Also, nice forearms. I think you could bring your chest (outer sweep) and delts (side delts especially) up. I never would have guessed 225 from th pic (but the pic doesn't show how tall you are) I think you have a great base and could probably go farther before you cycle; but you could cycle too if you wanted.
