i think we had a minor misunderstanding. the pre and post workout meals that i listed a few posts up are for 'weight training' workouts only. NOT cardio routines!
for cardio, i prefer an a.m jump rope routine on an empty stomach. more fat loss and 6-8 hours later, i can hit the weights.
i'm up 12 pounds since those pics. been bulking naturally. going back on another cutter in one month. this will probably be my last cycle as i'm getting close to where i'd like to be.
