My friend, you look very well. Your definition are good. I think that look is what girls want and enough for many, and think that your sucess if by your a.m. cardio. How can I have access to that?It is sell in As seen on TV stores?
 
never tried yohimburn but i hear good stuff about it. maybe i'll try it soon.

the thing is... i'm a HUGE fan of efedrine.

i think that including ephedrine is a must in any cutting cycle. more so than clen, t3 or dnp.

i would say that it gets you to your goal 20-25% faster. (for cutting). also gives an awesome boost in energy levels.

when i cut, the diet isquite simple. 12 times lbm which in my case is about 2000 cals. a few hundred more or less at times cant hurt but preciseness is encouraged.

anyhow, 250g protein, 150g carbs, 50g fat divided into 5-6 meals.

pre and post workouts i'd additionally add 30-40g glucose.


i think more imortant than what to eat is WHEN to eat.

timing of food intake is critical.

metabolism post cycle is a bitch.

i usually gain 4-6 pounds which brings me in the 8-12% range, but the extra weight is because i ease off on the cardio and eat a little more than usual. just so that i can maintain somewhat of a 'stable' mental state. after all, 8-10 week cutting cycles are a fuckin nightmare sometimes.

the most important meals, to me, are:

2-3 hour pre cardio 50g slow g.i carbs, 40g protein, 15g fat
20min pre cardio 40-50g glucose, 10g cfm whey
post cardio 50g glucose, 40g cfm whey
middle of night 40g prot... meal or shake (milk/egg protein)
