The guys in those pec implant pictures look like they've never worked out in their life (in both the Before AND After pictures), because they're soft all over and their arms are sticks like a female supermodel. They would've had much better results from just going to the gym. Like frorider6 said "They've just paid someone to give them permenant gyno."
As for making fun of that girl's breasts on Implant Info, that's not fair. The desription says "Patient was born with a significant breast deformity. She has a severe bilateral tubular breast deformity with a lack of adequate skin at the inferior portion of her breasts..." I'm sure it took a lot of guts for her to see a surgeon. I'd say her surgical result was very good.
