Yuck. Those look awful. Nice REAL pecs are tight-- would those be all soft like a woman's?? If they're not tight like nat muslce would they giggle around and require a sports bra when running?? What the hell would anyone do this for?? Or the calf inplants for that matter. I've actually seen a guy in the gym who trains real hard, like 5'10", 245, 7% bodyfat, with chest implants, and his chest looks crazy. Its kind of different when you see a bodybuilder with them, rather than a plumber with implants.
