For the last 3 nights in a row I have been sleeping for only 5 hours and wake up automatically and then fall back alseep for another 3-4, does this mean I might be overtraining, I have been hitting my muscles harder these past few weeks, I suppose...

last two weeks I did 2 major muscle groups twice a week, pecs, legs... hmm
