overtraining???

For the last 3 nights in a row I have been sleeping for only 5 hours and wake up automatically and then fall back alseep for another 3-4, does this mean I might be overtraining, I have been hitting my muscles harder these past few weeks, I suppose...

what do you think

my workout is 3 days a week mon,wed,fri

last two weeks I did 2 major muscle groups twice a week, pecs, legs... hmm
 
Im a chronic overtrainer, so I have no idea, But I wake up about evey 2 hours or so to urinate and drink some water, I think its the allergy meds drying me out. I still have a several cycles of REM sleep each night though so I guess Im ok.
 
im an overtrainer too. i feel i have to do high volume and high frequency. on top of that i love to train. i like to go heavy all the time and do cardio all the time.
 
i dont always overtrain, but if i go a day without going to the gym i feel lazy and get depressed.

Don't think it is overtraining, but some people swear by having a schedule like that and have a protein drink in the middle of the night.

Personally, once I finally go to sleep, I'd sleep through a tornado.
