That's about where they are..... but when I had my cyst, that's where it hurt....

Try laying on the floor and pointing your toes, flat back, and extending your arms above your head also flat, reaching the the sky. Then pull you trunk into your chest and give yourself a hug still laying. Then curl your trunk to the left, with your arms layed out sideways, flat and look to the right. Do the same thing on the other side. Curl your trunk to the right, and look left. I hope that helps a little bit.

Ok, much pain when pulling trunk into chest. :worried:
 
Cyst will pop up and then be reabsorbed by the body.....thats no biggie...I also dont htink that it waht it was...in order to be at a rupture point....it has usually been there for a whilew...I think you wopuld have noticed it before the ab work...

Also - set one would have caused pain if it were a cyst
