I want to not be big and musccular......my pic is sorta on the IA board but its nto a full body shot.....my weight is in my butt and legs and if i can get my metabolism down then im doing ok:)

Check with your doctor....

Other healthy fats include: All Natural PB, All Natural Almond Butter, avocados, Safflower Oil, Olive Oil, Almond Oil, Walnut Oil, walnuts, almonds, ground flax meal....

A multi is a good idea, but you need healthy fats/Essential fatty acids & that is not normally included in a multi
 
Everyone has to start somewhere Klu. When I joined the site I was using fitday to track my food intake and was eating 6-700 calories a day. Oh the horror. Now I get all moody if I've not chowed in 2.5 hours. lol

As for snacky stuff-- I think you can keep stuff around. When I'm craving carbs and junk a tablespoon of natural pb or some almonds or pecans usually helps me out. Plus they're easy to carry around with you in a bag in your purse for emergencies. :)

You can do it. I posted my story on the IA board, and I'm living proof it can be done. I'm losing nicely (well most of the time). And, even when the scale doesn't budge people tell me I"m shrinking, hahahahhaahhaha. Take baby steps with your eating, and eventually it'll be second nature. We're all here for you.

right now im baking some chicken with lemon pepper on it
and what about brown rice and green beans?
 
Brown rice is fine. I try to eat in the earlier part of the day. Green Beans should be fine too. I try to keep my complex carbs early, although sometimes I do eat them towards the end. It'll all work out in the long run, just make sure you are eating.

ok this morning i ate 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 tsp splenda(not too bad)
and coffee

2nd meal
lettuce and some chicken breasts

and coffee ----> I'd add 1 egg yolk + 4 whites to this meal

2nd meal
lettuce and some chicken breasts

For meal 2, add a fat & some more veggies, fibrous if you are allowed...like broccoli or just more salad veggies....
