Chicky I don't recommend you do a no carb diet.... It's not healthy.

You should probably follow Shadow's diet like Jens said, lots of the girlies on here have seen good results on it.
 
Hey,
Low carb is difficult as a mofo, so I cant imagine a no carb. Seriously, do you plan on staying in bed all day, and away from people. Your attitude gonna be so shitty, and you'll prolly feel like doing nothing. I swear I thought I was on some serious drugs when I tried low carb. Whatever your decision I wish you the best of luck, you know we got your back.

Well i figured i would do 3 days on and one meal off
I cant take some of the meds either because of my crohns disease. I actually think if i cut out breads and stuff, i hope i do fine anyway:)
Ive been on and off diets all my life and gone from calorie counting to watching fat intake
and i think this is wayyyy different
Im gonna study shadows plan and see what i can do

Hey girl! IMHO, I would not go No carb if you've been yo-yo dieting all your life... kinda setting yourself up for failure before you even start, but that's just my opinion...

If you decide to use The Project Diet, be sure to tweak it to your needs, other foods can be substituted, it's a great base to start from... I'm definitely proof of that.
