OK here i go

oh and the breasts arent BREASTS.....they are like tenders.....can get a lb for 1.79 and easier and quicker to cook
dang that made me look like a big piggy (*@*)

I find it easier to weigh my meat....which is up to you whether you do that or not.....

Dinner for example: ~ 4 oz. of chicken + 1/2 - 1 cup of green beans + a salad would be good + a fat, like olive oil....

Now, breakfast should be as Miss24k said....oatmeal + eggs....

Lunch? Snacks? Are you exercising?? If so, times & what type of exercise?

Current weight? You can PM it if you wish...

and i know i have to eat more to speed my metabolism right?
im sorry if i sound so stupid at this but im soooooo new at this kind of dieting
when i used to diet, it was eating maybe once a day or twice a day

yeah im exercising. im not lifting weights. hammy has some here that he needs to show me how to use them correctly
i walk like 40 mins at a time roughly 3 miles
ok and i have a question on the flax oil.....i dont know how much all these things will mess with my crohns disease and i really dont want to chance it.....can i just take multi vitamins?
im supposed to take those anyway
 
Hey!

I don't like oatmeal, and it pushes my carb count too high for the day so my breakfast is:

2 hard boiled eggs, whites only (or just one yolk if I feel like I have to have it)
3 strips lean turkey bacon.

I'm a bread lover, so if I crave bread, I'll have 2 slices of Natures Own low carb wheat. If I want butter on my bread, I leave out the turkey bacon.

Snacks are usually protein shake smoothies, but sometimes I'll have a 1/2 a sandwich with fat free mayo.

Lunches are chicken breast, and veggies.

Dinner is chicken again, unless I'm not in the mood, then I'll have tuna, hard boiled egg whites mixed in with a tablespoon of fat free mayo. I'll put it on a bed of lettuce or eat it with triscuits.

I'm on YIM a lot during the day if you want to chat about diet... LOL. My id is Syber_Cherry

BEEN THERE!!!

It wasn't until in Jan 05 that I ate 5+ times a day, smaller meals, then added weight training/cardio and who knew, it works! Supps, if any, if at ALL, can come later, don't worry about those.

Eating 5-6 (or even 7-8) small meals is HARD to adjust to... but I agree with the ladies who say DIET is key & the MOST IMPORTANT part of a training program/lifestyle/healthy way of life etc...

You can do it girl :heart:
 
omg i love you guys for understanding
i have battled the freakin bulge all my life
and i want to lose this soooooo bad and i knowwww changing my eating style is the key
i told the rodent we arent gonna buy snacky stuff anymore
and he agreed:)
i guess im kinda selfish on this.....i want to be healthy but i want to look good too:)

Don't feel stupid huney, we're here to help. I'm alittle blunt sometimes but I only want the best for you and the ladies. ha I'm not known for crackin' my :velvett: and yelling NO COOKIES FOR YOU for nothing :)
