Hey!
I don't like oatmeal, and it pushes my carb count too high for the day so my breakfast is:
2 hard boiled eggs, whites only (or just one yolk if I feel like I have to have it)
3 strips lean turkey bacon.
I'm a bread lover, so if I crave bread, I'll have 2 slices of Natures Own low carb wheat. If I want butter on my bread, I leave out the turkey bacon.
Snacks are usually protein shake smoothies, but sometimes I'll have a 1/2 a sandwich with fat free mayo.
Lunches are chicken breast, and veggies.
Dinner is chicken again, unless I'm not in the mood, then I'll have tuna, hard boiled egg whites mixed in with a tablespoon of fat free mayo. I'll put it on a bed of lettuce or eat it with triscuits.
