I have thought of a good tuna salad,
can of tuna
chopped onions, boiled eggs and a bit of mayo on a bed of lettuce
and i have been meaning to ask if eating onions and mayo is ok?

Can you eat cooked broccoli, cauli & peppers?? Can you have greens? ie spinach, dark lettuces??

Corn has too much sugar....

Get FF mayo....the salmon in the pouch is good too -- good fats & tasty!
 
yes i can have cooked veggies. Im not really sure why raw veggies hurt me.
and Im steering clear of corn lol

ok this morning
1/2 cup of oatmeal with 1tsp splenda

11 am 1/2 cup oatmeal with splenda

2 pm, 2 thin strips of london broil steak
and small salad with no dressing(dang thats hard)
draink 40 oz water so far today

I couldn't live without my fat free dressing. If you search the labels, you can find some dressings that are ok carb/fat wise. My current fave is a sesame ginger dressing from my local organic food store. It is soooo yummy.

Are you getting ready for a competition? If not I would think that you could have a few extras in your diet (such as dressing... lol)

Add some eggs here -- ie scrambled or hard boiled (when you're ready)

Some cottage cheese here would also be good(or eggs)

If you can't find dressing that you like, etc -- mix 1 tblsp Olive Oil + a little Apple Cider, Balsamic or Red Wine Vinegar + spoonful of thawed frozen OJ + pepper + mustard.

LOL no im not going to compete...maybe in a jabba the hutt contest:)
ok ill get some dressing too....going on my list...
i will eat the eggs when i can, but for now the oatmeal fills me up
maybe when i get the tuna ill make the salad with the eggs
 
OMG JEN im so proud of myself
Hammy fixed some pizza rolls and came in here and they smell sooo good......and he asked me if i wanted one....and i picked one up and looked at it and said.....no...i dont want any
i know its not much but im soooo proud of myself yay me

And I call BS on it "not being much." It's hard to resist being offered food....

it was the mexican pizza rolls and dang they smelled good...and i was thinking....well one wont hurt
but then i was like i have worked for 3 days now im not backsliding now
so i sat the thing back in the plate yay me
