Owl...I'm so sorry to hear about your struggles. I know how hard it must be for you. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Zed's advice is bang on. There is no shame in slowing down and taking care of yourself. Hang in there my friend. :)
 
Thanks ladies. It does suck but I am coming to terms with it. At first it was a real shocker. I can't begin to explain as I have killed myself literally for the past year to obtain what little I have. I am actually hitting the HST program that Need to posted in the weight lifting section. It is a progressive 3 day a week program. Keeping weights very low. I have losened up on my diet a bit and have actually incorporated one meal a week that is just whatever I want. Running low dose Test and Var and actually look better than I thought I would at this point. Lol Doing Cardio lightly like 20 min each workout day with sweat belt still. Abs still looking really good. Vascularity is great with the var. Just don't think with this heart thing I will be able to stand the gear I used to run and am pretty bummed about it. You guys are great friends man. And with Mentors like Radar and Zed I might be able to compete physique again one day. Not exactly what I want but hey. Life deals you lemons make lemon aid right? Lol
