numb tongue.....drinking winny

hey bros....
I started a winny cycle on sunday...drinking a little over .50 daily...now from what I have read..it's supposed to taste bad which it really didn't...it smelled a little vanillaish..lol....but i've noticed that my tongue is starting to get a little numb...anyone ever had this happen....
By the way it's working...i'm starting to loose some lbs....and getting stronger..

i try to miss my tongue as much as possible b/c thats where u can taste it, i do the same for ref.b , but ur right winny does make my tongue numb as well

what about stomach cramps...usually 15 min after I drink...I get a cramp not bad but noticeable....

2 questions......
1. i'm drinking a little over .50 a day...should i increase it a little
2. should i drink on an empty stomach in morning or right before I work out....I usually work out in evenings?

as far as pills, i don't get stomach cramps on pills. i do kinda get gas if i didn't eat anything

I squirt it right to the back of my throat, and it does get numb. I drink it with some food. Just like when you take advil or something to avoid getting sick

from my personal exp. , i just always like to have some kind of food in me before i take pills, or whatever it may be. only b/c it coats the stomach better
