I've been getting a lot of PMs lately with much too many questions so instead of answering each one, I decided to make a post so that any future questions could be answered with a link - pretty smart, huh. And to all you haters out there, try to keep the negative comments to a minimum or I'll be forced to demand that you post a current pic. lol

What are your stats? 5'10" 172lbs, BF hydrostatically tested below 3% at Cooper Aerobics Center in Dallas

How many calories do you consumer? 2300 per day

What is the breakdown of protein/carbs/fat? 40/40/20

How often do you train? Entire body once per week, 2 sets per bodypart - that's it.

How often do you do cardio? Everyday for 30 mins

How often do you cheat? Never

Why don't you cheat? I have no desire to

What do you eat? Classified :) I won't give my actual diet but will say eggs, tuna, chicken, turkey, whey protein, fruit, vegetables

What supps do you take? ON whey and occasionally ephedra (for energy & not fat burning)

What steroids do you take or have you taken? None

What do you aspire to look like in 2 years? Exactly as I look today ;)

Yep and his body looks like he does no training. My wife could kick his butt.

If you maintain at 2300 calories for 5'10" 172lbs, don't you think you've slowed down your metabolism ?

You should be able to maintain @2500-2800 calories (at least) with all the physical activities you listed
 
Why does it not surprise me that PeanutButterBoy's wife is 170lbs plus. lol

I do think that my metabolism is slow. Whether I caused it to slow down or it's naturally slow, I'm not sure. Could be either one since we're all different. It doesn't bother me at all though. It actually makes it easier and cheaper to eat. :)

Why does it not surprise me how dumb NJRIPPED is.

He still thinks his diet is the only way to lose fat.

Nope. My wife is 140 and loaded with muscle. She was at 160 at her best shape of around 12% bf. Ive never seen a woman 5'1" do incline bench with 185 for sets of 8 other than my wife.

And for you info I dont live on peanut butter. It is half of my diet when I am in ketosis. You on the other hand have to keep yours confidential. How come. Oh thats right your trying to make money on your diet.

I think you should get banned from here. Your trying to use the message board for your FINANCIAL gain.

If your weren't such an arrogant nimrod maybee someone someday will actually give you respect. Your a truly biggest POS I have ever seen.

And another thing. Your body fat%. Your going to have problems later in life if you keep it at that level. You eat nothing because your looks mean everything to you. I think you have this problem that women won't like you if you gain fat. Well boy someday you will learn. I and almost everyone on here love food. I think you hate food. You never cheat. Wow you must have a fun life. I bet you stay home on thanksgiving and stuff like that. OR even better you take out a shake and eat that in front of everyone else.

Nobody wants to be anything like you. You have some kind of compulsive dissorder. Your hormone levels will shut down. I have never in my life met anyone who does not like to eat food. Your the first. Dieting like you is not something that anyone should or will do for the rest of their life.

And another thing. You are taking a risk cooking your food one week in advance and then having it in the fridge. I cant even believe your trying to get people to do that.

Have fun fratboy. I am sure this thread will go to crap.
 
Damn, 5'1" and 140lbs - thats even fatter than I suspected. lol Are you sure she isn't planning to hibernate for the winter. As far as the rest of your comments, I hear that from fat bros all the time - enjoy your peanut butter!!
