It seems as though he has a bigger agenda here. He hasnt had the years in experience in dieting for him to think he knows it all. He needs to give some respect for the ones that have. He must mock Dan Duchaine. I tell you what. I believe duchaine over this kid anyday. Experience is gold. I have the experience. I have never spent much time dieting as I really never wanted too. Gaining strength and size is more important than getting skinny for me. But now I am losing more fat now because I feel it is time to do so.

I would challenge NJRipped to do one week of any keto diet and then carb load with the amounts I posted. He thinks it isn't hard to eat that much clean carbs. He also said it is easier for him to diet on less cal because his metabolism is slower now. That seems like the opposite. It is harder to diet when you have to keep lowering your cal intake unless you have stapled your stomache.

He acts like he is the diet guru. Just because he lost alot of fat on a low calorie diet he thinks he has all the answers. He mocks people who are tyring to gain size and muscle mass and lose fat, yet he only loses fat and he doesnt know how to gain size.

If you read this thread you can understand where I come from. He has no open mind what so ever.

And for your info my wife is not even close to fat. She is athletic you moron.

5 years ago she did. She squated 300lbs two years ago. She was 7 weeks into training for a powerlifting competition and had to drop out because she got pregnant.

In the last 10 years there has only been one woman in the gyms we worked out in that was stronger than my wife. It was the former world record holder in the squat. I cant remember the weight class, but she did over 400lbs.

My wife has also gone as high as 100lbs on the tricep pushdowns. This is with the single pully. Women can be very strong. They just need to know how to get aggresive in the gym. Nothing wrong with women grunting while lifting.

Why don't we move away from the negativity and discuss the facts? The only statement which is accurate in your post is the fact that I have an extreme amount of confidence in my diet. How many people do you think are able to maintain what I have year 'round without the use of any juice? Most cannot do it with even the use of juice. Sure, there are many people who claim they are able to but when asked for proof, they give nothing but excuses.

And please don't feed me the line of "bulking" since it is readily agreed that one does not have to become fat in order to bulk. It's their "choice" to become fat and they use the term "bulk" to justify it.

How anyone can possibly put down my diet which is based simply upon purely clean eating is beyond me. The strangest part is that you have so many that follow along with the bashing. There is only one explanation and that is either jealousy or ignorance; you choose.

Where did I ever say anything about getting fat while bulking. I am bulking right now. I am not gaining any fat from it as I am eating as clean as I possibly can. I just think it is harder to force feed clean food into a body rather than cutting.

You use ephedra. You say it is for energy. Well fact is you wouldn't be where your at without it. Steroids don't make you leaner. Get your facts strait before posting.

NJRipped , you runnin' your trap again? I thought I exposed you once already?? Noone is jealous of you especailly when your physique look like you smoke crack all day. Looking like you suffer from lupus is nothing to brag about.

As far as bulking goes, you don't know how to bulk and your avatar proves that. Stop talking about bulking.

Your diet = malnutrition. You eat microwaved leftovers everyday that have been in the fridge for a week. That's not a diet at all, that's lunacy.

If you are bulking and are not gaining fat then why is it difficult to "force clean food into your body" when your calorie intake should be relatively low?

And please stop with the statements about me not being able to get where I am without ephedra. It just makes you appear envious since you have no idea whatsoever about how much/how often or when I took it.
