Your diet = malnutrition. You eat microwaved leftovers everyday that have been in the fridge for a week. That's not a diet at all, that's lunacy.
 
Ripped, dude, I know you mean well but your threads are just coming across in an extremely egotistical and condescending manner. Which is a shame if you really just want to help those that have asked you for it.

So why don't you try and tone it down a tab and be real.

And please stop with the "classified diet" talk, it just makes people dislike you. If you don't want to tell people the macronutrients of your diet stop trying to talk about it.

I'm just misunderstood. lol Actually my posts are not as egostistical as you may think. They do require some thought and/or intelligence to find the humor sometimes but as long as I find it then I'm happy. :)

Let's take the "classified diet" talk for example. In one instance I state that my diet is classified but then I reveal the foods that I eat. I also reveal the number of calories that I eat. So, is my diet really "classified?" Of course not - it was an attempt at humor.

Let's take it a step further. What is so great about my actual diet? Nothing is, I eat the foods everyone knows to be clean and healthy. So, why write a book about it then? It's not my actual diet that is the basis of the book but rather my ability to break people of the food addiction - something I never brag about in my posts.

Hope that clears it up for you. :)

Darlin' - I don't need anything cleared up. LOL

I'm just telling you how you come across to people and if you haven't noticed you get ragged on a whole lot on your own threads and it makes YOU look bad.

Just an FYI to clear things up for you.

p.s. Helping people with food addiction get over it would be a good thing to do.
