He'll get a 6 month suspension and fined about 5,000. If he can gvet it reduced. But if it sticks as his 2nd infraction he'll be ined up to 10G and suspended a year. Dana likes him so I expect him to keep diaz ratherthan drop him like a hot potato

You see he is going to try and fight it with a very original argument....here is a quote from his lawyer Ross Goodman

Goodman has taken an aggressive stance and asserts that Diaz has not tested positive for a banned substance. Goodman argues that Diaz did not test positive for Delta-9-THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, but rather for marijuana metabolites. Those metabolites are an inactive ingredient in marijuana and are not on the World Anti Doping Agency's banned list that Nevada uses, Goodman said.

That will be an interesteing Athletic commision hearing!

He won't. He'll be suspended for a while and then he'll be back in MMA.

Its whether or not Dana will let him back in the UFC or not is the question.

I'd be surprised if Dana doens't considering how much shit talking he did about GSP. I'm positive GSP will convince Dana to let him fight in the UFC again.

Plus lil Diaz is a killer in his weight class now
