NEXT CYCLE - Deca/Ss/Dbol with PCT, diet and workout details. Opinions?!?

When is it better to use a Anti Arimitase?

Long time reader and first time creating a post.

Just thought I would get everyones opinion on my next cycle.

AIM: Lean mass gain just control body fat percentage.

Current statistics.
AGE: 27
HEIGHT: 6'5"
WEIGHT: 250 lbs
BF: 12-13 %
CYCLE NUMBER: 5th

My cycle will be as follows:
Week 1 - 12 Deca @ 400mg per week
Week 1 - 11 Sus 250 @ 500mg per week
Week 1 - 4 Dbol @ 20 to 30 mg ED

Week 11 - 14 Test Prop @ 100mg EOD
Week 10 - 14 Winstrol Tabs @ 30 mg ED
Week 10 - 14 Clenbuterol on and ramp up and down protocol
Week 10 - 14 T3 on a Ramp up and down protocol. (25mcgm to 100 mcgm every four days and back down to 25mcgm)

Other Items
20 MG Nolva ED to control estrogen side effects (I bloat like crazy no matter the diet and cardio).
Femara used in final weeks to lower the estrogen that has built up at half a tab every second day for the last 2 weeks.
HCG @ 250IU every four days during cycle and high doses for the first week of PCT
Clomid and Nolvadex used in PCT in condunction with one another, Clomid 100mg for 30 days and Nolva 20mg for 45 days.

Diet:

Meal 1: 10 Egg white omlette with 2 whole eggs and one cup of oats using 1 scoop of Whey protein inside the oats.

Meal 2: Skinless Chicken breast, sweet potatos and 1 whey protein shake.

Meal 3: Tuna and 1/2 cup of wild rice.

Meal 4: 2 x Tilapia fillets and green vegetables.

Pre Workout: Whey Protein shake, BCAA's and Ultimate Nutrition Horsepower.
Post Workout: Whey protein shake with extra Waxy Maize, Dextrose, Creatine and Glutamine.

Meal 5: Lean Eye Fillet steak with Green vegetables.

Meal 6: Casein Protein with Glutamine, 250 gm low fat Cottage Cheese and Flaxseed oil before sleep.

Multi Vitamins during the whole time with 2000mg of Vitamin C.

Cardio before breakfast 5 times a week for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

WORKOUT (Using FST-7)
MON: Bi's and Tri's
TUES: Legs
WED: Off
THURS: Chest and Tri's.
FRI: Back and Bi's
SAT: Shoulders
SUN: Off

I'm open to opinions on any of these items.
Note: The above items are basically all that available in Australia. Hard to find Tren, Primo and nowadays, even EQ. So got to do with the arsenal I got.

Everything looks good just a few questions.

Why sust? That is more of a TRT drug, it will cause less bloat but i dont see the reason for it with this cycle.

Your d-bol dose is a little low, as is your winny dose. Have you ever taken either of these compounds?

I understand everyone is different. I know a female who takes 40mg dbol a day.
 
I would of gone Cyprionate or Enanthate instead but unfortunately there is a large batch of fake cyp and enanth going around here at the moment so I did not want to take the risk.

Regarding D-BOL i was even thinking possibly 40 - 50 mg ED, just wanted everyone's opinion. I might even go a little higher and regarding the winny, might even bump it to 50 mg ED.

OK good call on the fake gear. Any is better than junk in that case!

I would say 40-60 dbol would be a sweet spot if you havent used it much.

Winny would be good 50 and higher.

you dont need 20mg nolva ed during cycle and for pct....keep for pct and have adex 0.5 eod during cycle
