I am jumping on the band wagon here. My last log was good while it lasted and definitely helped me to break plateaus. I am currently not able to lift because of major surgery on Dec. 19th. My lift restriction until at least January 31st is nothing >10 lbs. I can do short walks (no running/Elliptical per Dr. orders) but right now tire easily. So I will use Shadow’s eating plan with modifications to at least maintain body weight and possibly composition until I can lift again.
Stats as of Jan. 7:
Weight: 129-130 lbs.
BF% (caliper): 24.2%
I will begin with supplements in 1 week (gotta get them first): Glucorell, Sesapure to begin with, then will use CardioBreeze for a.m. walking, then when cleared to begin lifting, using Red Blast.
I will log foods in FitDay, then on here. The real challenge will be once I am cleared to lift, to ease back into things. I tend to go gungho into weight training.
