I just read an article in the June Flex magazine about creatine, which says that creatine should be taken WITH protein and carbohydrate post workout.
This contradicts everything that was recomended before - ie take creatine on an empty stomach with simple carbs only.
It said that new research showed that this was the most effective way to use creatine, users who took creatine with protein and carbs gained more strength than those who took it on its own.
