what not go over to bodyline?

cuz tony's a prick and it would be even worse there, I like it at the club, for the most part people leave me alone, hell, I've been breaking the no chalk rule since day 1 and no one has said a word to me. The thing that bugs me the most is the personal trainers, especially when they go up to someone that I taught and tell them they are doing the exercise wrong....

Yeah the PT's are dicks.

Why is Tony a prick? He's seemed ok with me.

I dont know him myself, but I had a few buddies that were competitive sized bodybuilders that went over there, and they said he was a complete jerk to anyone who was bigger than him. I've also talked to a lot of people that say he yells at anyone that makes noise when training, and you cant deadlift this kind of weight without making some noise.

nonerz, great work, thats a great pull!!
thanks...I know I have a long way to go, but I felt really good about it. I can already feel it a bit today (lower back)...I'm sure tomorrow will be even "better." I've reset my goals...250, then 275, then 300. Who knows, I just may be able to do it! :)

as far as straps go, my grip really gives out after a few reps beyond 135. Upon the advice of one of the ladies on the women's board, I reluctantly bought some straps...but I only use them when I need them, not for every pull. I know, I'm a _____ (fill in the blank) but I am more concerned with pulling MORE weight than having a kung fu grip!:karate: With my sissy straps, I can move up my weights without freaking out about dropping the bar...

nonerz, if you need to use the straps during the deads, just try and do some extra grip work afterwards, and it'll catch up eventually

I don't think I've done anything to specifically work on my grip. Until recently, I've never used straps so I figured my grip would get worked by default. What do you suggest?
