New Magic Muscle Building Miracle

i really underestimated the difference of fresh to frozen! thanks Joe!

There isn't much difference.

What's better for you — fresh or frozen food?

Go google fresh vs. frozen vegetables. Do your own research guys, not everyone on the boards is an expert. OP, I applaud and respect the fact that you are trying to help people and taking the initiative tod o so. But please make sure the information you put out there is true and factual.

I personally believe that a raw, fresh fruit and veggie diet that puts our bodies in an alkalinic state is the answer to preventing cancer and possibly curing it in many cases.

great post, i wrote a paper on this type of eating in a college course a few years back. my only question for you is how do you get the amount of protein you need to build muscle? all meat is acidic, which goes against this type of eating. so do avoid meat all together and use shakes only, or were you just implying that eating as much fresh fruit and veggies as possible will really help your body but you still eat meat?

(edited post) - sorry about the confusion

Dude! what the hell? you should go back and read this thread.

Joe is talking about picking fresh fruits and vegetables off the vine in his backyard and eating them raw or slightly cooked. Can't get any better than that!

Huge difference between your link articles description of fresh veggies being two weeks old and what Joe is talking about......lmao!

ZAGDAWG......That is a great question...one for my father in law. He spent 4 years in Mexico curing cancer with a group of American doctors. 90% success rate in last stage patients. It was a last resort for most people and it worked. A lot of prostate cases.

All they did was change the diet of the patient and introduced whole, raw foods only. I am not sure what they did for protein though. They also did an intravenous cocktail of B vitamins.

Here's the sad thing........The reason they were in Mexico is because the FDA & AMA wouldn't allow doctors to cure cancer in America. With all natural therapies???

They would rather suck the patient dry of all their money doing chemo and then let them die.....Effed up big time......just among the other many things our system can't get right.

My guess is they ate raw nuts, legumes, and such for protein. And, I bet they weren't too concerned with maintaining muscle at that point. Plus, the therapy only lasted a few months.

makes sense! i always wondered about the meat factor in body builders that takled about eating in a alkalinic state. for your fathers study, i can see how the eating style could be so beneficial especially compared to our typical diet in america. its amazing how the fda and ama cant cure this stuff or at least use more logical ways of treating and curing this disease. grr. but thanks for the insight, its posters like you, joe d, needto, nelson and so many others that i find myself here every night. no homo, lol.

There is no question in my mind that it's all about money and control. Maybe even a bigger plan???

It all starts in Medical School where they brainwash new med students and get them to conform. They discourage thinking outside the box and researching alternative treatments. Even if it is safe and natural. I've seen this first hand!

Take AIDS/HIV for example. AIDS/HIV isn't killing the patient. It's the way they are medically treated that kills them. The patient is so full of antibiotics and other shit that it shuts down the immune system and the patient dies of pneumonia or strep because the body can't fight anymore using its natural god given disease fighter. Another possible case for raw, whole foods!

Why do most doctors believe so heavily in vaccinations and antibiotics? Why does the FDA allow aspartame in our food? Why do dentists use mercury in our cavities? Why does the government put flouride in or water? Why is radiation and chemo the only way the powers that be have approved for curing cancer?

There is very little case evidence of those things above being proven to heal or work.....there is tons of evidence proving that these things are the causes of many deaths and mental illness'.

Sorry for the Rant!

dont be sorry for the rant, its nice to know others think like i do! with all the things we can accomplish and figure out in the world, some things remain impossible to conquer. it shouldnt be a surprise considering whats behind most of them, and you hit the nail on the head. $$$. great thread, thanks D!

I read it more than once on page one that said frozen vegetables are garbage and comparatively have no nutritional value with regards to organic or fresh vegetables, from the grocery store. this is false. I was merely pointing this out as false, as it seems to be a fairly common belief.

As for home grown food, if you have the time and space to do so, than great. Most people though to not have either and have to settle with what they can purchase at the store, which gives the fresh vs frozen debate relevancy in this thread.

Got it! I missed the point of what you were trying to say. My mistake!

Thanks for the info!
