New Magic Muscle Building Miracle

any time you read something about what a pro eats, does, trains, shits, fucks wtf ever dont matter. Take that info and wipe your ass with it because that is all its worth. That is all

As you can see, N2 doesn't mince words and yes it's true. So many things I am learning about what the "legends" actually did as opposed to what they told you they did it's appalling!
It's almost like they say shit to throw people off the scent of what they are really doing.

i agree. the reality is there.

its not even just organics. its the eating raw or close to raw state, its protecting the meats from light once they are out of the animals body, its eating plants right after you pick them ect.

the quality and amount of nutrients retained in the foods this way combined with the lack of added preservatives and fillers go a lllloooonnnnggggggggg way.

i wouldnt blow smoke up your ass. i have been doing this for a while now and i experience the results every day.

I agree ,i used to train with some all time legends and i will be the first to say ,read the ads in Iron man magazines it's all hype the pro's do what thery are told thats where the money is, down to earth info .....well you can forget about that ,except here on elite.

The articles written in the Weider magazines were written by the staff -- never by the bodybuilders.

I've done dozens of interviews with pros and off the record, they'd tell me what they ate and what they took as far as dosages.

This is why I try to pass the information along that I do. Ad among the most controversial is the two things that are the most simple, yet hard for people to accept.

One: Diet is overstated. It's just food. Don't eat enough, you'll never grow. Eat too much, you'll get fat. The only thing any pro worth his salt will do beyond that is make sure he constantly gets enough protein.

And Two: If you can't grow on a gram of gear, you won't grow on 2 grams of gear. These guys have better receptors than you and me. They have more mitochondria. You can't change that with drugs.

i disagree with this. i think most people beleive this and are held back by it. the whole exact numbers and working out a formula to a t thing is a bit comical sometimes but to say food os food is way off.

to prove my point i will give a simple extreme example.

lets say there are is a guy and a clone guy. they are 50 years old, they are exactly the same in every way. they train the same and eat the exact same amounts of macros. one of them gets all of his food from fast food restraunts and convenience stores and the other gets his foods from the purests sources raw organic veggies, raw milk, fresh killed meats ect.
lets say they do this for a year. who will put on more muscle mass? the obvous answer is the guy who ate the better foods. the reason in short form is that his foods held true to their nutritional values and where much more effective on the body. the body used far more of what it took because of the quality of nutrients that where in the foods and because his body was much healthier that the guy who at nothing but crap.

every bit of processing that foods go through rob the food of nutritional value. the best food will be the food that is taken from its natural state and eaten imediately.

another contradiction to your statement of food is food is a question.

from your statements protein powder is food, and if food is food how is spp superior to other protein powders? how is big blast better than other post w/o shakes?

That's not what I mean. I'm not saying that crap is as good as wholesome food. But the body doesn't know the difference between rice or pasta or bread or oatmeal or a potato. It's all starch that is converted to glucose within minutes. I see people forcing themselves to eat rice but won't touch bread. At the end of the year, how much different are they going look is the calorie count is exactly the same?

And although, I'm all for eating healthy, a lot of pros don't. I've had guys tell me they eat McDonalds up to a week before a show.

there will be a huge difference. the body gets more out of quality foods. the higher the food quality the more the body gets from it. the body will also become a lot healthier and in a much better overall position to grow more muscle.

i beleive that there are some pros who eat crappy and their success relies mostly on their genetics and steroid use, but there is no doubt that they could be much better if they put their diet at the top of the list. i have seen it first hand with myself and others.

Im not talking about magazines. If you watch a pro BB video they show you what they actualy eat, you can watch Jay cutler, Coleman, Rhul grocery shopping on youtube. There is a video of Dave palumbo buying Kai Green a crap load of frozen tilapia. I doubt ronnie goes out to eat 5 times a day in his offseason videos to throw people off

You dont have to eat fancy organic meats to get big, its all going to get broken down to amino acids and used in the same way by the body.

Again, I think you're missing the point. I'm not saying there's no difference between healthy and non healthy. But there's little difference between simple carbs.

white bread and all the other supermarket shit bread, white rice, white potato, white pasta are all close i agree.
