Going to add some fats (oils are prob. best, right) to a few meals to up my calories for a clean bulk......I have a myoplex mid-am - should I add a tb of flax or 2 tbs of natty pb?
Also, preworkout - I'm adding either flax or pb to my shake, which is better?
Does flax give you energy?
