Need some diet (and food) help

So basically I'm trying to run around maintenance (not really trying to measure too much, just trying to lean out a tiny bit/maintain weight until my cutting cycle coming end of jan) and basically just need some diet help.

Just trying to eat 6-7 meals a day, no carbs after 7. Moderate carbs through the rest with low GI values and basically just make sure all the foods im putting in my body are good sources of carbs/protein/fat.

I'm about 230 right now at 6'1 and maybe 13-14 percent. I'm having some trouble with a few things. First off I work a 9-5 so I need easy to pack and microwave/toaster oven lunches/snacks. Also late after 7 meals im looking for options.

Here is what I have to work with as far as cooking goes:
foreman
gas stovetop
oven
crockpot
toaster oven
microwave

I could use a few simple crock pot recipes,
some chicken dishes that are super easy to make and dont taste like shit
some after 7 recipes
some protein snack recipes (pancakes or cookies or whatever)

also i need to reload on protein, any suggestions? been using ON choc mint for a long time, tried muscle milk vanilla and its so bad. I cant take vanilla shit.

most of my shakes im taking now are choc mint protein, banana, ANPB.

Thanks for the help gusy, right now im eating way too much tuna/eggs for my liking and cnat stand chicken on the foreman plain.

Bro I know I always got something to sell lmao. But trust me my friend the best thing you could ever do for your self right now is learn how to cook, get tips on how to cook in advance, how to make easy pack meals like you are looking for and then some.

19.97 and I promise you will learn all you need to know on this subject my friend. http://www.elitefitness.com/reports/fitness-cookbook/ use the code 5D09DF61A5 that will make the book 19.97

I stand behind this book not only because I wrote it but because I have seen the reviews and seen it help many.

Yeah bro, I purchased this book myself, it is a really good book. There are tons of great recipes and also a lot of great information on the best way to store food and gives you a timeline on how long different foods are good for. The first couple chapters alone are well worth it.

green peppers, onion, and ms dash go a long way with chicken and beef. you are asking for the impossible though. you want the best quality foods, good taste, and simple to cook. it can be easy to eat right but it doesnt taste good. raw oats in milk like cereal, boil large amounts of chicken, eat raw broccoli and spinach, raw nuts and berries, drink nothing but water - these ae all simple and are required for maximum results. all of the unneeded stuff to make food taste better is harmful. it uses some of your resources that could have been used on more wholesom foods.

looks like some one else needs the book too!!!!!!!!!!!

i agree that small amounts of some of them are healthy. but putting that stuff all over every meal has negative effects on the amount of food you can effectively consume. it is best to leave your food plain and as close to raw as you can safely.

i have the book and love it. there are a lot of good recipes in there. i dont eat super clean all the time but when i do i can see the difference.

spices are not unhealthy. They are plants and herbs from nature and most of them are good for you in many ways.

they are ok. they are dried and eating them is verry similar to taking vitamins. it is better to eat fresh raw veggies to get these same nutrients it a higher quality.

i dont need to eat SUPER clean. and yea i know that is basically the impossible joed to eat super clena and have it taste great and be easy to make. just wanted a few recipes that maybe im missing out on.

I bought the book but it sso hard for me to read that huge text file. Is it just me or shouldn't there be pages, like there is a table of contents but yea.

i c. try using green peppers, mushrooms, onions, ms dash table blend, parsley, fresh garlic to flavor your foods, use evoo to cook with. any mixture of that over rice is good. also a simple healthy meat loaf is

1lb lean beef, 2 eggs, 1 cup oats, 1 pepper, 1 onion all chopped up and mixed together then formed into a loaf. cover and bake it at 350f for 30 mins then uncover and bake another 20 mins then cover the loaf with bbq sauce and bake for 10 more minutes. after that its done.
