Hi there, i´m asking for some help about the best combination of complements for an intense training program of 3 days a week. I´m 26 years old, height 1.73 m, weight 62kg and i´m almost desperate ´cause i ´ve tried everything for getting more lean mass and muscle gain but nothing seems to work. I ´ve been always a thiny guy so i began trainig at 18, but i only get ripped and nothing more so i left the gym after 2 years of continuous workout. About a year ago i began training again (seriously), in fact i bought the sean nalewanyj program and it really worked for the two first months but once i reached my second plateu i couldn´t replenish and this has last about three months of hard training, during this phase i used serious mass, cytogainer and superpump (sm and sp for the first months and cg and sp for the others). I wanna keep following the same program ´cause i think it´s pretty accurate but i guess i need a really serious complementation.
I´ve been researching and concluded (by checking prices and reviews) that one good combination could be:
Serious mass, Axis HT, ZMA, tribulus and NO Xplode.
This way ´cuause i wanna keep myself kind of natural. So please anyone who could make comments about this i´ll really appreciate it.
