Need advice on my routine...

OK here goes...

Sunday: Rest
Monday: Legs and Shoulders
Tuesday: Abs
Wendsday: Back and Biceps
Thursday: Abs
Friday: Chest and Triceps
Saturday: Rest

As of now I am at 5'8" 180 (Getting fat, could be a good thing)
I'm looking to add bulk, is this routine pretty evenly balanced?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated....Thanks!

(And yes, I eat like a muthafucka)

First, I would never train 5 days in a row, after just 2 I start to feel pretty run down, although, now that I look at it 2 of those days are ab workouts. Personally I'd give legs their own day, done properly you shouldnt be able to train another body part after hitting legs. By doing back, shoulders, and chest on diffferent days your shoulders are getting direct or indirect stimulation on 3 of your workouts, thats a quick way to get overtrained. I really advocate training back and shoulders together to cut down on the overlap

So instead I should move shoulder and back together and then chest, Tri's and Bi's on another day and then legs? Or maybe, chest, shoulders, back, and then another day legs, and the next day tri's and bi's? (sorry for the bad punctuation) BTW, I never even saw the shoulder overtraining thing coming, thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Here's the split that I like, some say you shouldnt train shoulders the day after chest, but it works for me. You could always through in a rest day between chest and shoulders though
day 1 chest/calves'
day 2 back/shoulders
day 3 rest
day 4 rest
day 5 bis/tris/forearms
day 6 quads/hams/calves/abs
day 7 rest

Thanks for the info Needsize, how many sets/reps do you do for each exercise? 5x5 w/ high intensity right, do you rest between sets? ( Sorry, I don't mean to probe so much) I like your program, I just hate doin' legs I don't really have the equipment to work them like I want :( But any ways you've been a big help!
