Natodrol Cycle Log

Running a cycle of natodrol for 8 weeks, and thought i would add a log so people can read and see if they wanna run this too :)

My natodrol came in a stack called the Natabolic Stack that i purchased form orbitnutrition.com. It comes with 2 bottles (8 weeks) of natodrol, GHenerate, and some formadrol for pct. I just started my first dose yesterday, doing 4 pills a day for the first week and 6 for the next 7 weeks. Also doing 2 doses of GHenerate a day.

My workout is a 3-way split, working out 4 times a week.

Current stats that i know of..
178lbs
5'11 and a 1/2
~10-11% BF

Too early to post anything up yet, except I did notice a headache today... which is weird as I never get them. I'm not sure if it can get headaches this soon into it but who knows?
 
Little update here...
Been running the natadrol for exactly a week now, and kicking it up to six pills a day now for the rest of the seven weeks. Can't say i've noticed a whole lot yet, but i doubt i will for another week or so. one thing though, the GHenerate has been giving me some GREAT sleep... i wake up feeling very refreshed, and i know i'm getting way more REM sleep, as i've had dreams every single night since i've been on it. i did notice slight increases in strength on my big lifts, but not sure if thats the n2kts that i just ordered giving me an extra energy boost, or the natadrol kicking in. i'll be back in a few days to post up again
 
Sorry i haven't posted up in a while, nothing much to report on. Currently going onto week 3 of the Natadrol cycle.

I think i've gained about 3lbs so far.

Don't feel much different, or seem to notice looking that different, but it's still early. One thing that is amazing though is the GHenerate, I've been rested constantly every day, even if I only have 6 hours of sleep. This stuff really gives you that deep sleep to help you recoup, I love it. :)

Question though...

On back days, i do my deadlift, and then 5 sets up pullups, and then 5 sets of bent of BB rows, but by the time i get to the rows, my biceps are completely shot and I feel as though they're limiting my back workout :\ which is why I decided to alternate the order of my rows and pull ups, so tomorrow i'll do my BB rows after my deadlift, followed by my pull ups. I just don't feel my back getting worked enough because my arms aren't strong enough to keep up.

Oh yeah, N2KTS is amazing... it gave me the sniffles the other day though, and upon blowing my nose I noticed that my snot had an interesting shade of yellow/tan color to it which didn't seem right at all lol. Ah well, it gives me great focus :)

And you said you had a question but then you didnt post one haha. But about your back, I do my deadlifts, then pullups, then bb rows, then db rows. My back is always sore after this. I have the same problem, my biceps get so pumped that my pullups go from 10 in 1 set to 5 the next set. But I find that id rather be able to do more pullups and just lower the weight on bb rows. You could also split your back days into a back width day, and a back thickness day. Or do pullups on a separate day

GHenerate came with in the natabolic stack, its supposedly a "growth hormone potentiator" but it is very, very mild and really the only thing i expect from it is the bonus sleep.

Yeah, just had my back routine today and i did my BB rows first, and then my pull ups and found that my pullups didn't go down at all, but instead actually increased slightly from my last back day, so i think i'll keep doing BB rows first. I still don't feel it much in my upper back from the rows though, my bi's get worked way more, even tried using a wider grip. my back just never really feels fatigued lol does yours?

One good thing though, i think i'm finally noticing the natadrol as my DL increased about ten pounds today and i got my 5 sets fairly easy :) noticing slightly more "harder" muscle pumps also, could be the N2KTS?
 
Finishing up week 3, and i've gotta say that i've hit the sweet spot. This week my strength and size has sky rocketed. All new pb's on my big lifts, and i weight myself in at the gym at 188.6lbs. This is huge considering i was about 180 a week and a half before.

Anyways.. so far at 6 caps a day, 3 weeks is where i'm reaping the benefits. Let's see how week 4 goes..

also...

you guys with ripped abs, do you even work your abs out? i don't have a clue for a routine but i've been doing this shitty one i found on the internet and it's not really working too well. i know its 90% my diet, and thats why after i cycle off of this i'm going to start cutting down, but i figured i would start working my abs now.
