Nice Tri work, bro - you getting a pretty good horseshoe? I'm doing arms later today - getting pumped just thinking about it now - LOL BTW - did 4 sets of squats last nite (it was shoulder nite but decided to push my quads toward some growth.) 8 x 135; 8x225; 6x275; 8x275! so I got a little closer to 3 plates! but my knees were screaming!
