Decline bench press:
225lbs-20reps
315lbs-15reps
365lbs-8reps
405lbs-6reps
365lbs-10reps
315lbs 2sets slow-10reps
Incline bench press:
225lbs-20reps 2 sets
275lbs-15reps
Did this all by feel today no structure just on what felt right
Had a massive pump from all the high reps though and it felt good. In the words of Arnold "the pump feels as good to me as cumming" lol
