That's the great thing about training partners they help you push past what you may have thought your limits were. Man I got to get one of those. looking good bro!

How do you hold it? Crossed arms resting on delts mostly or in the clean position? I tried it the first cause thats how i saw it down in all the magazines and youtube vids,etc. But i find the clean position to be good just sometimes tight on the wrists.

Well crossed arms I know it's wrong but my writs physically can't stretch far enough for the clean position so idk

You might try this bro.

Grab the bar overhand like your gonna curl it. You can try hands close in or out just past your shoulders.
Then get the bar on your front delts.
This works pretty well for me.
I dont like the crossed arm position as I alwasy feel like Im gonna drop the dam thing.
This feels secure and mostly comfortable for me.
Try it and let me know.

Do back squats hurt your knees bro?
