I'll try oats again for s and gs but i think ill stick with sweet potatoes mostly. Im used to eating them for breakfast already.....Ive always like Nicole Wilkins look (duh) and i think i have a similar build. I have a feeling i would need to drop some muscle mass up top to do bikini. thats just a guess though. I seem to bulk up fairly quickly when im doing things correctly so figure could be better. ill find a pic of me from this summer when i was 150 and lean and see what you think.

so far for food today i went with:
6am: 1/2 apple
7:30: protein bar
9:30: shake
10:45: 1 cup egg whites and protein bar.
1:15: carrots
3:15: pork chop no bone, no veggies(dropped on the floor), protein bar
6:00: 27 cinnimon almonds, nectarine
8:30: planning on chicken breast and 1 cup veggies for dinner

going to the store after work to get the right food!

Yes a grocery store trip is definitely needed here maam. Good job on getting the right stuff. You, my dear, are starving yourself with that diet. Since we are going to ramp up the workouts we have to ramp up the food intake.

I was out of everything this morning so my food earlier in the day was limited. we dont have good things in the vending machines either(i have requested protein bars and almonds be added!) Ill definitely eat more tomorrow i promise!!!! i love to eat! though i actually had to force myself to eat lunch for some reason. i wasnt hungry. very weird cuz im always hungry.....My 300 pound supervisor laughs at me everyday bc im always eating!

Thirsty Thursday....3/4 gallons of fluids already!!!
 
Actually pretty well. surprisingly! cant believe i did 420 on the legpress being its been 2 months since ive done it. hip flexors tight but didnt bother my knee. I attempted weighted walking lunges at the end and i felt pressure in my knee so i didnt do them. doesnt hurt and isnnt swollen so thats a positive! No squat rack at my regular gym so ill have to make a spcial trip to the other y to use it probably. oh....cant do jump squats just yet either! i did one and stopped lol. I did sl deadlifts too in the same format and good mornings. Ill start writing things down.
