Hammer incline chest press: 5 sets 15, 12, 10, 8, 6
Dumbbell bench press: 5 sets 20, 20, 10, 8, 6
Dumbbell Incline fly: 5 sets 15, 15, 15, 15, 15
Machine fly: 5 sets 15, 15 , 15, 15, 15 reps
Dip machine: 4 sets 15, 12, 10, 8, 6
Tricep pushdown: 4 sets 15-20 reps

30 minutes cardio before and after.
 
Just keep grinding man. Your test and deca are just getting to peak levels at week 4/5.
Yeah I have read with test the mental boost starts around the 3 week mark and the physique changes really start kicking in around 6 weeks.

Will do. I want to start using just the stair stepper feel like it’s a much better cardio than an eliptical.
 
Alright yesterday was arm day and of course cardio before and after. Did quite a few things different to up the intensity and damn felt like my arms were going to fall off by the end! Great workout.

EZ Bar tricep extension: 60x15 60x15 60x15 60x15 60x15
Tricep dip: 140x15 160x15 160x15 180x12 180x11
Tricep pushdown: 80x20 90x20 100x16 100x12 70x25
Cable bicep curl: 80x15 70x15 60x15 70x13 80x12(last 2 sets no rest time just pushed as hard as I could and went slow felt like my biceps were going to explode!)
Dumbbell hammer curl: 25x15 25x15 20x12 20x12 20x12(last 2 sets rest about 15 seconds then then go super slow I could see me veins popping up)
Preacher Curl: 60x10 80x10 40x15 45x12 45x10 (last 2 reps 15 second rest then super slow reps)

My favorite arm day I have had. On the reverse curls that was my first time doing those. I supersetted them with regular curls. I didn’t count the regular curls just kept going until I couldn’t stand it anymore. Attached some pictures as well. These are immediately post workout and no flexing. Not the greatest pictures not sure you can really see too much.

Bloating seems to be going away so that’s good.

Today was chest day. For the first time I hit 100 pounds per hand on the incline hammer chest press. Felt incredible! Although I did try to barbell bench again. Gave up after the 3rd set and switched to dumbbell bench because it was irritating my left shoulder.

I really want to be able to barbell bench and it’s driving me crazy that I can’t. I should have known better after the first set. I can get to about 6-7 reps and left shoulder just doesn’t like it. I need to just quit worrying about barbell bench and stick with the hammer strength and dumbbells. Bright side is I did make it to 100 pounds per hand. Also I think this was the first time I hit 10 reps with 80 pounds. It was also the first time I did 90 pounds. So lots of progress happening!

I definitely am. Didn’t feel any discomfort. I love the hammer strength presses. Gym also has a flat bench press hammer strength that I might try out next Monday.

Hammer strength lat pulldown: 70x15 80x12 90x10 100x12 110x8 (weight is per side)
Cable seated row: 135x15 135x12 155x10 155x10 155x10
Cable V Bar Pulldown: 120x12 120x12 120x10 120x12 135x8
Straight arm pulldown: 100x15 100x15 100x15 100x12 100x12

Barbell row has been my favorite back exercise. I gotta say the hammer strength lat pulldown may become my new favorite back exercise. I wish I had been doing it this whole time. Much better than the cable wide grip version. Not sure what the difference is but I definitely feel it much better in my last. Also the weight for these is for each side just like the other hammer strength exercises.

Also did some quick bicep pump work at end before I did cardio.

I have felt stronger on the hammer strength overhead press than I have on the hammer incline chest press. This week I hit 100 pounds per hand on the incline so I should be able to do that or more on the overhead press. So looking forward to that! Plan is below:

Hammer overhead press: 5 sets 15,12,10,8,6
Dumbbell lateral raise: 5 sets 12-15 reps
Hammer strength shrug: 5 sets 15 reps
Machine reverse fly: 5 sets 12-15 reps

Alright guys so I need some help. I woke up Wednesday morning and my left glute was pretty swollen. So I just did cardio because it hurt to put pressure on it. Same for Thursday. This morning I went to gym with the intention of working out and not just doing cardio but could barely doing anything because I could not put any pressure on it.

It is definitely my fault because I had my wife do both the test and the deca in the same spot. I did this because the left glute and left thigh seem to give me significantly less problems than elsewhere. I definitely won’t inject into the same spot twice again.

With that being said, what needle/syringe brand do you all prefer? Granted I know this time is worse than usual because what I did was dumb. They never hurt going in, I barely even feel it.

Hoping I can get back in the gym tomorrow and Sunday. Did my test injection yesterday in left thigh and no issues.
 
Are you mixing the test and deca in the same syringe or pinning them separately? No need to do 2 separate pins. Just find more spots that work too. Delts, pecs, ventro-gluteal are really easy too. I don't have a favourite brand per say but I prefer to draw with a 18g needle (any length), and pin with a 23-25g 1" needle. That will work on me for any spot.

Yeah I did 2 injections. Can I draw from both with the same needle? I always have swelling and I am assuming this why. This time was way worse though because I did 2 injections into the left ventro-glute. Will never do that again. Bright side though my shoulders are really starting to grow. Will get some pictures up later.

23G 1.5 inch is what I draw with. I injected with that a couple times and it was very painful.. swelling went down a lot but it’s pretty tender still.

Lots of pictures to post up! Biggest improvements I have noticed are back and shoulders. I want to get my arms to grow more but that may be something I am going to have to work harder at.

Woke up today and felt the same but went to gym anyway. Did chest/back and starting tomorrow routine is back to normal.

you might have test flu it's possible or you could have picked something up at the gym
Yeah I think it’s test flu. I think it may have been brewing for about 2 weeks it just didn’t hit me hard until recently.

Also 2 possible side effects, 1 good and 1 bad. Starting with the bed. Night sweats! I have been waking up super sweaty in the morning but only my legs. Very odd.

Good side effect, I am a very hot natured person. However, since I started this I have noticed I don’t get near as hot as I used to. Truthfully, just sitting at home I am cold. It is weird because I am usually always so hot. Granted, this for me, is a super positive side effect. I hate being really hot. My wife also loves this because she’s always cold.
