Hey guys, here's everything you need to know about my cycle, sorry for being late I tried being specific as much as I could, if anything is missing please tell me to include and thanks again.


- First phase of cycle is consisted of:

• Testosterone mix 250mg(Propionate, Isocaproate, Phenylpropionate, Decanoate)

• Nandrolone Decanoate 200mg(10ml)

• Anadrol Oxymetholone 50mg(10ml)

- 1ml of testosterone mix and 1ml of deca every Monday and Thursday.

- Anadrol 1 pill every day.


-As for Supplements:
  • Biotech Hyper Mass (Instantly after workout)
  • MultiVitamins ( Literally every vitamin) (One every morning after breakfast)
  • Folic Acid (Before breakfast)
  • Omega 3 fish oil (During lunch)
  • Creatine Monohydrate (Instantly after workout)

-My daily food schedule is:


  • Breakfast: 5 to 6 eggs or a scoop of protein with oats.
  • Snack: A bowl of oats and milk.
  • Lunch: Chicken with pasta, fish with spaghetti, or chicken with rice.
  • Snack: Avocado with honey or nuts with almonds and an apple.
  • Dinner: I’d usually repeat what I ate for lunch.

-Training Schedule:
* Monday to Saturday.


  • Monday: Chest and triceps with 15 min cardio
  • Tuesday: Back and Biceps with 15 min cardio
  • Wednesday: Shoulders and traps with 15 min cardio
  • Thursday: Legs and calves with 15 min cardio
  • Friday: Biceps and triceps with 15 min cardio
  • Saturday: Repeat every muscle except biceps and triceps with 15 min cardio

on cycle, 50mgs anadrol in 10ml ? why is it liquid explain

and then you say anadrol 1 pill or you mean arimidex?

diet is fairly clean but we need to know details the day you eat it
try to roughly update us what you eat or detailed as you can so we can see food and what you eat
training needs work, we need to see your weights reps sets and exercises to see your situation
