You look solid, but i cannot help but notice you have a pooch up front. Do you have children? Need to hit those lower abs hard.

Yeah, MP5, I have a huge pooch up front which is why I haven't posted front pics before. I gained over 60 lbs when I was pregnant and kept it on for years. I weighed over 200 lbs. I'm trying my best here! Someday I'll see my abs. I'm 5'3", 146 lbs, around 16% bf by callipers.

I had no idea what u had come from. I am totally impressed. And you do have one hell of a fine ass! If i hadn't just finished a quicky with the wife I would have major wood looking at your ass. You are an inspiration and I don't hand that out lightly.

And good luck kicking the cigs. I know u can do it. I am cig free for almost 12 years . Notice I said cig and not smoke? bwahahahah!!!
