Thanks guys. It means a lot to me to get your honest comments. Even the pooch one! LOL
In about another month I'll be 37 and I feel like I'm in my 20's again. Thanks to the members (especially the ones on the women's board) here that helped give me the inspiration and knowledge I needed to get results, I learned tons about diet here. My husband told me for years that I needed to exercise, but joining the typical women's gyms got me no where. Finally last summer I started training with him at his gym and that's when I got results. He's been fantastic sticking by me no matter what.

I've smoked since I was 14 and only time I quit for any length of time was when I was pregnant. It's the hardest thing I've ever tried at and failed at, repeatedly. I just need to find the willpower to stick with it this time.

Great work MrsPuddles. Those are great before and progress pics. What a transformation so far. Great work!
Stick hard with the no smoking thing, and keep hitting it hard. As far as the pooch goes, yea its there, but compared to before its nothing. Just remember, you can loose that pooch!! You can!!
