My progress with cycle starting 11/17/01

Weighed 211.6 on a full stomach at midday today. BF is in mid to high teens.

Major lifts:

BP- just started using dumbbells, completed 7 reps with 105 lbs last Monday. Est. 1RM is 350 on flat bench. Goal is to go over 405 by end of January. Plan on using rest-pause sets for flat bench and dbs in the 4-6 range.

Squats- Having problems w/ knees, completed 3 sets of 8 at 225 last week while on DNP. Can manage 315 for 2 or 3 reps.

Deadlifts- 3 sets of 8-6 at 275. Capable of 3 reps at 315. Goal is to get 6-8 at 315.

Cycle is as planned:
1600mg test cyp wks 1-2
800mg test cyp/enanthate wks 6-8
fina 75mg/ed wks 3-9 or 4-10 (haven't decided yet)
liquidex at 1mg/day for first two weeks and .5mg ed for the rest
clomid throughout
nolvadex on hand just for fun

**test cyp is Ttokkyo, enanthate is Brovel t200 (1 bottle)

Goals are to increase strength and size dramatically, and shed fat (hopefully the fina will help)
Will be doing cardio 30min/day 3 days/wk for as long as I can.
Will be taking ALA for the liver.
Minimum of 300g protein/day (Triple Threat- 5 shakes)
Carbs under 250g/day
fat intake will be minimal (<40g)
Approx 3000 cals assuming 400g protein/250g carbs/40g fat

Willpower will be the major challenge here, as training is, as always, 100%+. Keep the diet clean. All this is not worth the health considerations if you're going to waste it by getting fatter. Remember, we want to see those abs some day :) Good luck Matt, you can, and will, do this.
 
Bad start to cycle. Pain in left bicep hindered chest routine, and became light headed at the end. Need to eat more carbs.

Missed leg workout today because of left arm, might go see the doctor tomorrow morning. I really hope this isn't an infection.
 
Went back to the gym yesterday (Monday) for the first time in a week. The infection's gone thanks to the penicillin. Still felt a little weak, and I'm constantly tired. I wish I'd adjust to these varying hormone levels.

Weighed in at 218. Been taking 1mg liquidex ed, so it sounds like more fat than anything :(

Strength was ok. Only got up 315 twice. Had to bail after 95lb dbs on incline. Would've helped if I had waited longer btw sets, and if I didn't have such pussy workout partners.

Declines were ok. 245 for 5. Gotta get back over 315 on those again.

Did 20 mins of cardio. Cramps in right calf. Need to drink more water, and eat a banana. Protein intake was ok, only got 4 shakes instead of 5.

Leg day tonight. I'd like to do a few sets of 6 at 245. The only problem will be stabalizing the bar with my weak ass left arm (which took another bicep injection yesterday).

Note to self, and all others that read: Do NOT order from harrellmedical.com - service sucks. I don't know if I'll ever get my shit from them.

On the bright side, I may be getting some IGN test enanthate to play with. Any thing's better than this fucking tt cyp.
 
Good workout yesterday. Didn't get to do adductor/abductor due to fatigue. Still had some minor cramping, especially when doing calves. The flu has got me by the balls, and it sucks. Also did 15 mins cardio prior to workout. Did thigh injection before workout, was sore by the time I got to the gym. No knot today, though, possibly due to increased blood flow in the area. Something to think about in the future, especially with the cold weather.

Would've done more calf work if it weren't for cramping. Will do calves again on Thursday or Friday.

Haven't updated in a while, but things are going ok. Weighed in today at 227, the heaviest I've ever been. Body fat is holding, maybe slightly less than when I started. Still, the abs are a long way off. Did chest today:

Really needed a spot on the last set due to my right shoulder hurting. Could've gotten a couple more reps if I had the strength to stabalize.

Skipped decline due to shoulder pain. Oh well. Felt real good tonight. Cardio is out the window due to lower back pumps and calf pumps. Hurts to tie my fucking shoes.
 
Good workout yesterday. BW was the same. Actually had a workout partner, so I got to go heavy on bench. Got 335 up, failed at 365. First time in two months working with more than 300lbs. Elbows still don't like that much weight. Finished with a set of db press, 90s for 8.

Missed opportunity to do legs today to go meet some guys from triedia. Will go tonight at 11:00. Looking forward to trying the workout that FD outlined for me.
 
I've been doing a volume training approach since last week's leg workout. My legs are toast for sure. Last leg workout started w/ squats and extensions supersetted. Sets of 20-15-12. Squats were at 135, 185, and 205. Extensions were at 70, 110, and 130 I think.

Then did aductors and abductors, two sets each. Sets of 20 and 15.

Lying hamstring curls done, but I forget weight and reps.

Calf raises. Two giant sets. First was at 250, 150, 100. Second at 250, 200, 150. 60 reps total.

Next day did arms.

Close grip bench press:

185 1X10.

Decline skull crushers

Seated machine press downs

I set of 7's with bar. Arms felt really good afterwards, and not too sore the next day. Total workout was about an hour.

Did my first ever chest/shoulder yesterday, then ruined it by getting fucked up. Preworkout consisted of 2cc tt cyp, 1 cc fina, 2 xenadrine, and 100mg viagra. Pumps were unreal.

Unfortunately, I've been losing weight. Weighed in at 225. Doesn't seem to matter what I do with my caloric intake, weight does not want to hit 230 yet.
