Hey there Im new to the site and looks like its filled with useful information which needless to say has become part of my bookmarks and by far my favourite bodybuilding site. Was wondering if anyone could please give me a critique on my bulking diet.

where is the post w/o? i would add a shake post w/o that is little or no fat, 20g or more wkey protein and 40g or more in simple carbs.

Meal 5 would be my post work out meal but ill definately add in a protein shake right after my workout.

that sounds good. i would still keep the meal but eat it about 30-45 minutes after the shake but drop the milk and maybe reduce the other portions a little so you can get in 6-12 whole eggs before bed.

never consume fat right after a w/o
