my first pre-contest diet

stats: 5'11, 228 ,21% bf (uugggh)

meal 1 1/2 cup oatmeal, 4 egg whites 1 yolk

meal 2 whey protein shake 35 grms pro

meal 3 1 can tuna, 1 cups lettuce, i tbs of olive oil

meal 4 same as meal 2

meal 5 2 chicken breast, 1/2 cup vegetables, 1/4 cups brown rice

meal 6 same as meal 2

supps: Thermorexin,multi-vitimin

I also plan on doing cardio 2wice a day, 6 days a week and lifting 4 days a week

I wouldn't sytart with that. You better start low in cardio and bump with time. If you start high you will reach the piont where you must do something to continue dropping weight. With all that cardio you will burn off too much cals. Last 4 weeks while dieting I'm eating about 5000calories, but remembetr then I workout + do 3 hours of cardio per day(not all at the same time). More cardio = more calories and that is what I like, I'm addicted to FOOD!

If your weight is 228lb that amount of food is to little. Start your diet by doing this. Eat like you did before, while bulking or whatever you did. BUT start cardio 3 times per week, morning sessions + 10 minutes after your session. Do this until you get to the point where your weight stops dropping.

Eat every Other hour. I like 8 meals per day, 70g carbs per meal = 560g carbs, 250g protein, 80g fat = 3960cals per day, do this for 2 weeks, then drop carbs by 60grams. Add in 10 minutes on your morningcardio = 70 minutes. Do this for 2 weeks and then do some change.

OR

Go lower onb the calories and add in 1 EAT WHAT EVER day per week. I do this after about 8 weeks cutting(when I've been cutting like the above, not the same numbers though..)
