my favorite protein shake recipe

This is my favorite: I prefer to use myoplex mass as the base is but you can use anything from myoplex to metrx

1 packet protein powder vanilla
3 cups non fat chocolate milk
1 tspn flax oil
1/2 tblspn peanut butter
1-2 oreo cookies
1/4 packet sugar free nonfat jello puding chocolate
 
I like mine:

1/2 serving of Myoplex deluxe
10 Oz Milk
1/2 banana
Small Scoop Icecream
1 Yogert
3 Icecubes
----------------
Total ~40g

And sometimes I'll throw in Designer Whey
 
keep postin em guys.. cause the two that i've choked down today (myoplex vanilla and promax vanilla) tasted like total ass and almost made me throw up... seriously.
 
Labrada low carb MRP-vanilla or chocolate, 1 banana, 1/2water 1/2 milk,ton of peanut butter,4 ice cubes


Strawberry myoplex, 1 banana, 1 fat free strawberry yogurt,water, couple pours milk.
 
pancakes protein

I don't even drink the protein anymore, no matter what flavor it says on the box/tub it always tastes like $h!t. SO instead, I'll mix it with pancake mix, skim milk, and sometimes an egg, and make flapjacks out of 'em. I could down twice as much doing it this way and you hardly taste the protein flavor. Put a little syrup on them and you'll never know the difference.
 
Anybody here have a VitaMix 5000? After destroying 2 blenders including a $125 Waring, all I can say is—this thing is awesome. I can dump a cup of peanuts and a tablespoon of oil and make fresh peanut butter in minutes.

Anyway—here’s my favorite:
  • Whey Combo (unflavored) from Proteinfactory.com
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 5-10 frozen strawberries (as many as you want)
  • 3-6 ice cubes
 
8 OZ of nonfat milk one scoop of pro performance 1 spoon of peanut butter 1 spoon of honey one spoon of ovaltine 2 ice cubs and BAM!!!!!!! Booyaakaaa ;)

For me its mass q triple threat about 1 cup skim milk and a bunch of ice. like a frosty malt. SOmetimes I use choco milk and a banana as well. MMmm MMmmm good :D
