My favorite diet: Animalbolics

I eat at least six times per day and I'm definitely not fat. However, I utilize carb timing so that I eat carbs first thing in the morning, before my workout, during and immediately after. The intention is to limit the times of elevated insulin, same theory behind animalbolics. I generally consume 200g-250g of carbs a day and 80% are consumed around my workout. I think there are advantages to consuming protein regularly throughout the day.

damn, first... eating not enough=no go, then 2nd, eating 5-6 times a day=no go, now its controlling the few times you eat a day (i.e. back to not enough)... but hey it makes perfect sense, and now that i come to think of it, i actually became leaner when i was only eating 1-3 times a day it just depended on when... and how. That was about a year ago, and now that im the way i wanna be, im eating 5-6 times a day (hi protien) but only seeing minimal gains...

Gonna be tryin this as my new diet, and ill report after a good while(3weeks) with my info.

i just cant completly cut carbs (soo yummy) :verygood: as many do... say after 3 or 4pm cut carbs out....

Although with this diet i will be implementing more protien (ie shakes) i eat probably 3-4 shakes ON Pro Gainer a day and with this new diet, maybe 5 a day with low gi foods all day besides that and then of course the BIG "proper" meal after a workout.

ive got working out down, and my diet is exceptional, but i snack alot--although they arnt bad foods, ushally pb sandwich, yogurt, something.

Exactly! I do a similar thing. Its all based around animal's idea though ... I just modify it to suit me. Basically only eat carbs when you know you need them!

I wonder if anyone has used it for "bulking", I'm not gaining anymore muscle unless I juice or use other drugs so I can't experiment with it for gaining mass.
