Im only trying to add a few lbs but i like what I have on this diet plan except im just wondering if a different fruit or vegetable would be better? And if i should rearrange any meals to different parts of the day?

I see that some of your meals such as your lunch doesn't contain much carbs, try balancing your meals to a specific ratio such as 40% carbs,40% protein, 20% fats. So far you have chosen great foods for your diet. Once you have the ratios figured out try include a combination of protein, complex carbs like brown rice, and fibrous carbs like legumes. About the fruits, try to consume 2 fruits max a day.these are simple carbs that are healthy however you want to avoid these, especially simple carbs like twinkies. If you have any more questions go ahead and ask away, but i hope this will get you started.good luck!
