My diet.... input please and thank you!

IF you can, a salad would be great. But as long as you are eating enough green beans it shouldn't matter. Don't limit the amount of green veggies - they are full of vitamins, fiber and will help keep you full.

The Flax Oil in the nighttime shake is a good idea. It will help slow absorption, which will feed your muscles all night.

I basically chew on some celery if I feel hungry but that is not happening much seems like I am always eating now. How much time should you wait in between meals it is about 2-3 hours for me so far.

I will add some flax oil to my protien shake at night. Pesto really I can eat that it is so yummy. Normaly I would love a nice salad but I find when the winter hits I need most everything to be warm once and a whille I can eat a salad. So far I have been eating a lot of green beans and celery in between for snacking. I have some time to cook and I love doing it but it is limited. Generally I like to get most everything ready Sunday for Monday-Friday meals. If it is all prepared then I wont stray off course.
i have warm salads on my thread on the muscle food board
i do the same cook on sundays for mon-sat
the only meal i prepare daily is dinner
